No.3 Police Launch.

L. K. GEORGE, Acting Sub-Inspector, states:-

At 09.15 hours on the 14th October, 1939, the Officer

CHAN

in Charge TAI O, boarded No.3 Launch at TAI O with CHAN FU LEE master of Fishing Junk No.3870 H.O. also CHAN LIN SAU seaman on

board the same fishing junk with instructions for me to take them

to a position between AH CHAU and FAN LAU Points for the purpose

of pointing out the position where his junk was first boarded and

set on fire. No.3 Launch proceeded to a position between AH CHAU

and FAN LAU Point arriving there at 10.15 hours where CHAN FU LEE

and CHÀN LIN SAU pointed out the position where the junk was first

Bearings was then taken by me which reads as follows:-

South of ROCKEY Island, LAP SAMI S 20 .

West of SI CHI CHAU, CHI CHAU

South of AH CHAU, SO KO Island

The position of junk reads about half a mile outside Colonial

waters, and about one mile inside territorial waters.
